No. We prepare and revise the itinerary and costing free of charge. You only pay once you have approved a plan and want us to hold the bookings.
We do not book flights or rail tickets, but we will tell you which airport or station suits the route — usually Guwahati for Arunachal trips, and Bagdogra or New Jalpaiguri for the Dooars, North Bengal and Sikkim.
For the Inner Line Permit we need a scan of a valid government photo ID for each traveller, and the confirmed travel dates. Foreign nationals need a Protected Area Permit, which takes longer and needs more notice.
